About Us

My name is James Timothy Haynes, Jr., but everyone calls me Tim. With 24 years of plumbing experience, my accomplishments include being a licensed Master Plumber with an unrestricted license that I have had for almost 13 years now. I am also a certified tankless water heater expert and hold numerous other certifications in this industry. After years of working for larger corporations and missing valuable time with my family, I decided it was no longer for me, and instead, that I would turn my focus into creating a company that I could give customers the same level of work and customer service as a bigger name brand, with the luxury of a small business mindset when it comes to values and beliefs. Family is extremely important to me as I am a father to four, and stepdad to two. My children include two older sons, Devin and Kevin, that have been proudly serving our country as US Marines for several years, and my two beautiful daughters, Marissa, who's on her way to becoming a licensed insurance agent with Allstate, and my youngest, Kalyn, who's still enjoying her youth entering her second year in middle school. My stepchildren are Caiden, who is also entering his second year in middle school, and our youngest, Julianne, who will begin Kindergarten in the 2019/2020 school year. I am a firm believer in having respect for others but also yourself, that honesty and integrity are important character traits to have, and when I am your plumber, I can promise you that you will never get anything more than a straight, honest answer and never pay for more than you need. When I am at home, I like to spend my time outside, in the gym, watching football, or playing my guitar. Our company colors and logo were inspired by the Atlanta Falcons and Georgia Bulldogs (die-hard fan here) and my love for Marvel characters. I am excited to be your plumber and hope my level of customer service and knowledgable skills between me and my team will allow My Plumber, LLC to be your only plumber.
